Privacy Policy

Little Dreamers Books takes your family's information seriously. This policy explains in plain language what we do with your information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Your email and delivery address — to process your order and keep you updated.
• Your child's name, age and the details you provide — only to create the book.
• The photo you upload — only to draw your child's character.

How we protect it

• Photos are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. They are never shared, sold, or used for marketing.
• Photos are sent only to our art processor to create the illustrations, and nowhere else.
• We require explicit parent/guardian consent before any photo is processed.

How long we keep it

Photos, artwork and personal details are removed automatically: 30 days after your order is fulfilled, or 90 days if a preview never becomes an order. Order records (without personal data) are kept for accounting.

Your rights
